My responsibilities on this project included
This project was a prototype we built in order to test haptic wearable devices for SWAT teams. This project took about 3 months from start to finish (it's still getting some polish done) and features a shooting range and an active shooter scenario in a parking garage. I was responsible for overseeing the projects development and managing the development team. The team size for this project was 5 and included a designer, artist, animator, programmer and myself. Besides managing the development team I was also responsible for the parking garage structure art, as well as the gun VFX, scene lighting and scene frame optimization. My management tasks included writing style guides, art reviews, running sprint meetings, agile boards and mentoring junior members.
(Some of the assets seen here are still in progress due to a shift in focus for the team. The downed SWAT officer and the vehicles are still placeholder models at this time)
